Hello everyone! this post is dedicated to those who never have time for breakfast during the week, I made 5 easy recipes for breakfast that will make your life easier and healthier. As you know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day so I made this recipes because I don't want anybody of you skip it. I've mostly used banana and seeds to make the recipes. The reason? This fruit is high in calories and gives us a lot of energy, so it's important to eat it in the morning because we need a lot of energy during the  day. Seeds are also good for the body and brain. I used a mix of seeds but you can use any seeds you like.

Super Porridge


INGREDIENTS: 
  • Porridge oats
  • Almond milk or your usual milk
  •  1 small Banana
  • Blueberries
  • Mix of seeds ( pumkin seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, brown sesame  seeds)
  • Agave nectar 

1rst Step: Put the oats in a bowl and add some milk, cook it in the microwave for 2 minutes or cook it on the hob, stir one cup of oats into 2 cups of milk, bring it to boil and simmer for 3 minutes stirring continuously.

2nd step:  Chop the banana and before you add it on top of the porridge, mis 1 tbsp og agave nectar with the oats and then add the banana forming a circle (picture above) in the middle of the circle add the blueberries.

3rd step: Decorate everything with some seeds.



EXPLOSION OF VITAMIN C 


INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 kiwiis
  • 1 orange
  • Agave nectar
Step 1: Blend the kiwiis until smooth  and  squeeze the orange to get juice.

Step 2: Mix the kiwiis with the orange juice, add more orange juice if you like the smoothie more liquid.

Step 3: Add some agave nectar to sweeten.




ENERGIZE YOUR MORNING


INGREDIENTS: 
  • 1 small pot of Yoghurt 
  • Granola
  • chopped Banana
Method: Add the yoghurt, the ganola and the banana in a glass or bowl. Enjoy it!


APPLE A DAY KEEPS THE DOCTOR AWAY



INGREDIENTS: 
  • Chopedd Apple
  • Chocolate chips
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Peanut butter 
Method: Add the apple mixed with the chocolate chips. Add 1 scoop of peanut butter in the middle and decorate everything with the cinnamon. Enjoy!



YUMMY TOAST


INGREDIENTS: 
  • Chopped banana
  • Peanut butter
  • Mix of seeds
  • Whole bread with seeds
Method: Spread the peanut butter and add the chopped banana on the toast,decorate everything with the seeds.
